The quality of the printing is really really bad. Most of the quotes are unreadable. Would not recommend.

Good color and some small texts are blurry
Product is good.Not shiny, Texts are not that crystal clear like poster / photo shopped photo shown in the picture.All big letters are clear and proper. Description about each character shown in white box below is not at all visible and readable. (told my friend, try to read and guess to prove your Friends level)I have given 4 star because the cup is excellent look while having a cup of coffeeColor combination is good. Gift for a best friend who made me see Friends.

I think nothing else would describe the review better than this line that is written on the mug. I have posted the images to make it clear that the print quality shown by the company differs a great deal from what it actually looks like. The print is distorted at places. I think 1.5 star shoul suffice.
