Nice. solid little unit ... I loved it so much, we bought one as a gift for our friend who apparently was cross-cutting her shredded paper with scissors. :) Efficient, not too noisy (not sure how one can expect silence when you consider the job that's being done.) Just don't use it in the same room as someone napping :) I think this unit will last me a LONG time.

Tritura bastante bien algo que deseas eliminar, pero al hacerlo continuamente termina atascandose las rebabas de papel en las mismas aspas, lo que hace que lo tenga que desarorar a cada rato. No me resultó práctico.

I followed the set up instructions to the letter. All pieces of paper so far have shredded perfectly. I always use it on Auto and switch it off afterwards. When switched to Auto it runs for a few seconds and then waits for the first piece of paper quietly. I have only offered in a maximum of three sheets together because there is enough time in my life not to test it to the maximum. Usually I shed one sheet at a time. I have bought a dedicated care kit for when the instructions suggest it may need a sheet to pass through. The handle is a first class idea to carry the bin when full. There is no mess. A lovely machine and small enough to handle the quantity of papers in this house.
