Good for hair growth.
Recent surgery has left my hair very fine, have tried biotin tablets but these have upset my stomach, so I stumbled across these patches. The patches are great I put one on my arm at night, forget about it and remove when I wake up! I've had no ill effects so far, and have noticed tiny sprouts of hair coming through the scalp. You have to give these a chance though, it takes a couple of weeks to take effect, no quick fix! I will continue with these to see how I get on.
