Souper Cubes came with a hard plastic lid that is easy to stack on. The cheaper ones have a silicone lid that flexes when you stack on top. Souper Cubes also come with some kind of metal frame inside the rim that helps them hold their shape and not flex when filled. You can bake in them but not microwave for this reason. You can not however bake with the lid on! Lid is not oven safe. They wash up very easily too.
