Another good product from JLab
I'm really impressed with these JLab JBuddies Studio 2 headphones for kids. They're perfect for parents who let their children use tablets or phones for games and videos. The Bluetooth functionality is a huge plus, eliminating the worry of kids getting tangled in cords. The battery life is exceptional - over 65 hours - meaning I only need to charge them occasionally. What I appreciate most is the volume limitation feature. These headphones don't get as loud as regular ones, which helps protect my kids' hearing. This gives me peace of mind about potential hearing damage.Comfort-wise, they're comparable to the previous version in terms of cushion softness and weight. The ear cushions now sit on the ears rather than around them, which is a slight change in design. The switch to USB-C for wired connection (instead of 3.5mm) isn't an issue for us, as we primarily use them wirelessly. If needed, an inexpensive adapter can solve this. The improved sharing feature is fantastic. Instead of tethering kids together with cables, they can now sync wirelessly at the press of a button. This is a major upgrade.Based on my experience with the previous model lasting over two years, I have high hopes for these. After a month of use, they're performing great. Considering the price, features, compact size, and outstanding battery life, I think these offer unbeatable value and performance for kids' headphones.

Great headphones for kids, not teens
These are great headphones. The comfort level is great, the sound quality is great and I love the option to attach it via Bluetooth and wired. I checked both and they both work really well. We have had lots of headphones over the years and I would say these are great quality comparatively speaking - I expect them to last. The ONLY reason I gave them 4 stars is because it says they can be worn by kids 6-16 and they are definitely too small for that. I would say probably 3-8 years old.

Great for kids
For those that let their kids play games or watch videos on tablets or phones these are great. With being blutooth you dont have to worry abou tthen wrapping up in a cord. They also have great battery life and only need charged occasionly. My favorite part of the headphones though is the volume limitations. They do not get as loud as a normal pair of headphones. Helping to reduce the risk of hearing damage.

Great headset for kids, long battery life and great features.
I have the older version of these for my kids, and these are a nice upgrade. They are pretty much the same in weight, comfort, and sound. The changes are in other areas. First for comfort, that's going to be subjective. I say they are about equal in terms of the cushions softness and weight of the headset. The shape of the cushions has changed and they sit on the ears, but the older version has a different shape that goes around the ears.As far as operation, Bluetooth is great and it's the way they use these almost all of the time, but if you need to use these wired, these use USB-c to connect wired, and the older version uses 3.5mm connection. So that's something to keep in mind. If you need to plug in by 3.5, you can always buy an adaptor for $5 or less that will solve that issue, so it's not really a issue. The best change is when it comes to sharing a device with 2 headsets. The older version required you to plug in a 3.5 cable to each headset, which pretty much tethers the kids heads together. This headset just has you press a button and they are synced together, so that a huge improvement. My older headset lasted for over 2 years with my now 6 and 7 year olds, so these are great in my opinion. These new ones have only been here for about a month and they are great so far. For this price you can't beat these. The features, the compact size, and the battery life is outstanding. That's another improvement over something that was already great. You can't beat this value and performance.
