Not bad. Though after using the higher version, this one doesn’t come close. Even with noise cancelling on full, I can hear my dog bark in the next room. Secondly you have to download another Bose app for interaction. The previous app for the QC 2 won’t help.

Good sound quality and ANC

The developers of this product just hate people. This thing has 0 buttons. There are also 0 instructions included in the box. They literally just tell you to install the app to manage literally anything, even pairing, from there. I don’t want to install another app on my phone! I had to spend 30 minutes of my life googling for any controls to this thing. Not having a clear “pair” button or instruction is a crime. Super frustrated with this purchaseSound is ok, fit is a bit weird.

Great battery life compared to Bose Ultras. Great ANC. But have a few connection issues. I hope a firmware update will change this. Sometimes the right or left earbuds won't turn on when taken out of the case or connection drops. Have to re-pair the earbuds.Hope a firmware update will fix it and it's not a quality control physical defect.

Definitely not recommended by any means; I bought this headset for 1 main reason: multi-point connection, and these headsets fail miserably in that. After months of using, I still face terrible issues on a daily basis trying to connect both laptop and phone together. Headsets constantly lose connections to either one, and not even once did I manage to get them switch seemlesly between devices if one gets a call and the other is playing. In addition to this, the headsets slip out of ear shockingly very easily, it's worse than $10 headsets. The quality of the sound is average. The noise cancelling is acceptable.

The noise cancelling is very good and the battery life is long. The downside is that the earbuds lose connectivity randomly, so therefore making the experience less enjoyable.

Usually im no leaving any reviews but in this case I was shocked by the quality of Bose earbuds. Let's start by unpacking... looks ok. But asap i got the case in my hands, I had the feeling im holding the cheap Chinese earbuds case from TEMU. I had the impression that BOSE is making high end products, I was wrong. Two days is use... Comfort, yes comfortable. Good sound, nothing special. Coming back to the casing, I can hear the earbuds shaking inside the case! My verdict, for these money you can find a much better alternative.

I was a bit reluctant after reading some of the reviews but I'm really happy with earbuds: really good sound quality and noise cancelling, good fit and a decent battery life. Only thing I've noticed that other people have pointed out is occasionally disconnecting but in that price range I think they are worth it.

I looooove these head phone omg I have the higher brand head phones as well and since I’ve got these they all have been put up some where on a shelf lol they are Loud noise cancelling comforting in my ear I literally will be jamming for hours lol the charge is CRAZY it stays charged for soooooo long I use everyday at work and somehow always charged lol and it charges super fast they’re so pretty and do not have issue falling out my ear sounds good otp I like I can touch to pause and change the song when I sit my phone down somewhere

Happy with these. Very happy with the ear fit, they feel snug and secure (so long as you get them in the correct ear.) Not quite as easy to use as the over the ear headphones, but I'm getting familiar with them. I haven't yet worked out how to (or if I can) skip forwards and back in a podcast.
