EWA MagOne 3rd Gen [Compatible with MagSafe] Phone Grip Stand with Finger Strap, Removable Magnetic Ring Holder Kickstand Loop for iPhone 17,16,15,14,13,12 Series (Black)

So far I had bought all versions of this product. I used to use Lovehandle prior to MagOne. And to be honest it was an amazing product because it lasted 1.5 to 2 years the entire time you own your phone. Before iPhone released the magnetic back, Lovehandle was perfect as you stick it to the back of the case and the double sided 3M tape never came off almost impossible even if you wanted to take off, extremely secure. But with MagSafe capabilities I didn’t want to commit to permanent phone grip. This makes MagOne the perfect solution. The first version was good, but had a small flaw where a small piece holding the retention pin came loose when I dropped my phone once and I wasn’t able to securely put the retention pin to be able to use the phone. The second version did solve the problem and came with various silicon replaceable grip. Which is a great idea in theory but some of the relaxed silicon grip doesn’t last too long and falls apart after 4-5 months. You can buy replacement grips, I just wish you can a specific one instead of the entire variety pack as I don’t like the one with the ring or circle in the center. Nor do I like the looser/more flexible grip. The thick stiffer grip is the best. If they sold a pack of 5 or 10 I think they would be golden. But I did wish they had elastic grip. The 3rd version has improved the design dramatically and I am optimistic for the most part. The new design does have elastic grip, I am not sure if the grip will maintain its strength for 1 or 2 years. Much easier to replace the grip and it can rotate 360 degrees. Not a huge feature for me but could be for many people.

I ordered this mag safe phone back loop to try after my other one fell off. I liked having the other one, but the magnet wasn't super strong so it fell off occasionally and the silicon loop was big and got caught on my pocket often. This mag safe phone back loop though is so much better! The magnet is surprisingly strong and the loop is tight enough so I don't feel like my finger is ever going to slip out, but soft enough that it's quick and easy to use. The whole thing is pretty flush with my phone case and the strap is completely flush with the product's ring. I also missed the part where it has a fold out stand, it's so convenient! Definitely recommend this!

I've been surprisingly impressed with this grip. The hinge for the ring stand portion is the perfect tension. The ring stand can hold for phone at nearly any angle and is large enough that, when folded flat open, it protrudes past the edge of my phone (a Pixel 9 Pro XL) and lets me hang the phone from hooks and such. This has come in handy way more than I expected it to- especially when there isn't a flat metal surface to magnetically attach the phone to. The finger loop isn't anything special, but it does the job. I'm not a fan of the way it pills as it gets worn, but that's to be expected with any elastic fabric that's being stretched and rubbed against all the time. The fact that a second finger loop assembly is included in the box is a nice touch, as the loop does stretch out a bit over time. I haven't had to swap mine out yet after about 4 months, but I can see it being a possibility in the future. I do have some areas where EWA could improve the design, though. While I do love how thin the grip is, the edges could do with being more rounded or tapered. They're not outright sharp, but they're not the most comfortable edges either. That's a fairly minor complaint though and not worth deducting any stars. The more pressing issue I have is that strength of the magnets. While the grip is easy to install and the magnets do a good job of aligning with the magnetic zone on my case, I feel like it's a coin toss about whether the magnets will hold with sufficient force in a number of situations. I've had occasions where the grip came off of my phone and stuck to my car mount, even if dismounting it by sliding it sideways, but in the same day would fall fail to hold onto a ring magnet for my shower. If I remove the grip, my phone holds to said ring just fine, so it's definitely the grip that is the weak (magnetic) link. If they could strengthen the magnets and smooth out the edges (no pun intended), this would easily be the best grip on Amazon- especially for the price.

BLUF - I don't recommend this one. This is a neat product that fits nicely on my magsafe S26 Ultra case. Right off the bat, I have to note that the magnet is not very strong. The magnet in the case side is good, but the magnet in the outward facing side is weak. I use a magsafe wallet and the wallet comes off way too easy. The ring I had before this one has two strong magnets front and back. Taking the wallet off meant I had to prepare myself because it was going to be a skirmish. This ring means I just twist my wrist and the wallet comes off. It also comes off if I drop my phone from 3ft off the ground. Another example is the magnetic phone mount I have in my Jeep my phone dropped on every little bump or dip I went over! I took it off because the case magnet is very strong and holds my phone just fine. On a good note, the ring matches perfectly with my orange case. I mean it looks great! I gave 3 stars because no matter how good it looks, the rings drops my wallet and my phone. That means the magnets on both sides aren't that strong at all. I don't like dropping my phone and especially don't like dropping my wallet. I'm returning mine.

Ive always needed a finger grip on my phone otherwise I would drop it constantly and this MagOne has been my favorite grip ive ever had!! The fact that It can rotate to fit different finger spots, Has a ring to hold that also can be used as a stand, and can still come off makes it the best!! In the past, the ring has been attached to my phone case with a sticky ring which then sometimes loses stick and needs to be completely replaced or makes it so you can't use a wireless phone charger. This ring avoids both of those issues!! This ring is also insanely strong!! I could hold my phone over a bucket of water by the finger strap or ring and not even be nervous!!! Can not highly recommend this more!!!

I love thats its small , lightweight and doesn't protrude much from the case. I had a similar ring stand from ESR but it was thick and heavy. The stretchy finger holder is eh. It's little tight and useable for only one really skinny finger, but I just take mine off and use it only or the ring stand. Its easily removable. I also like that this one is similar yet cheaper than the OhSnap and the PopSocket similar products. The ring stand is why I bought it and it works great. Feels solid in both landscape and portrait orientations. Some ring stands only allow landscape mode. I would buy this EWA MagOne again and buy more for family members.

This new version is not as good as the previous. The inner ring now rotates so it never stays on one spot, which makes you fumble to put ypur finger through the loop. The loop is no longer a nice rubber but a flimsy cloth that is going to mold and be nasty once it's wet. Additionally, they put a hard piece of plastic under the felt, so you have to slip your finger between the two pieces. It just doesn't work well. Please bring back the old design, it was good. The magnet is very strong and this doesn't pull off your phone easily. The outer ring is strong and lasts a good while....or at least the old one did.

I barely write reviews, but I really like the product, and I saw the items were sold by EWA-Direct, so hope they can see my review and improve it even more for the next gen. I bought 3 of them for myself and my family. I believe this is the only grip+stand that's capable of pass-through charging at the moment other than Ohsnap (Ohsnap is bad as both grip and stand). The goods: - Much more comfortable than Ohsnap. - The magnets are at perfect strength. Not too weak to fall off from a charging stand, and yet not too strong that you can just take it off from the stand easily and the grip stays on your phone - just perfect. - The stand is sturdy. I have a folding phone and use the stand mainly when the phone is unfolded as a mini tablet. Unlike many other stands I tried out, there's no wobble when I use the stand on this product. - Not to mention, the pass-through charging makes it possible to always stay on the phone. The things I wish were better: - Also the pass-through charging - I have the setup that satisfy the disclaimer in the item description: a magsafe phone case that's less than 2mm in thickness and a magsafe charger with a power brick delivers than 20w. But I have to rotate the grip to some certain angles for the pass-through charging to work. More specifically, there's ~180 degree where the pass-through charging simply doesn't work, but the charging works fine when I rotate the grip to the other half. And there seems to be a "best angle" for the pass-through charging. Not a deal breaker for me, but I do need to rotate after using it as a stand before I can use the pass-through charging festure again. I understand this might be phone case specific thing that depends on how magnets are aligned in the phone case and on the grip, but just want to point it out here. For the reference, I'm using Ringke slim magnetic case for z fold 7. - The edges can be polished up better for more comfortable handling. I can feel the relatively "sharp" edge around the hinge area. - The elastic band gains pills over time, which makes it look nasty. - Nit-picking: I know the product is already thinner than its predecessor, but I wish it was thinner.

It's aight. I wished that the flip out ring had a bit more resistance so that it could accommodate a wider range of orientations when standing my phone up. The most disappointing part to me though was how weak the outer magnet is. Putting it onto my PC mounted MagSafe holder it doesn't feel secure at all. The slightest touch could send it tumbling to the floor.

The magnets are strong so you don't drop your phone. After getting used to easily slipping your finger in the band, it Is unusually comfortable to hold. The band is tight enough to give the sense of security yet not too tight that it becomes uncomfortable when holding for longer times. Also the soft fabric of the elastic band feels good on the skin. The deployable ring makes it stand in any angle one might want. Two gripes though: 1) They give you a thin transparent sticker to stick on your phone to protect against scratches when turning the ring. In fact, after a couple of days use, the sticker already shows a circular groove, which makes me worried about the back panel of my phone. It is something they could and should improve on. 2) The magnets of my chargers are stronger than the EWA ring, so leaving it on is fine, but when taking the phone off the ring often remains stuck to the charger. Not a big deal as I can easily take it off before putting it on the charger and it is thin enough to just stick in my pocket. When in a hurry you can just leave it on the phone and slap your phone on the car charger. It charges just fine through the ring. You can worry about prying the ring off the charger when you arrive at your destination. 😊 Edit: I bought a thin MagSafe case and now it's perfect. Not worried about any circular scratches the ring may or may not leave. Ok so with the additional hold of the MagSafe case the ring stays on the phone when you slide it off the charger.

Really impressed. I've tried all of the magsafe compatible phone holders out there and this is in my top three... Depending on the use I make it can even top the ranking. The stand is firm and allows to set the phone at whatever angle you want. The strap is comfortable and easy to adjust to either hands you're using. I've read in other reviews of people complaining about the magnet strength and I don't understand the complaint.. it is as strong as it can be, the strength of the adherence depends also on WHAT you're sticking it to... Most of the magsafe-like cases out there are not great. I use it with a pitaka magsafe case and the holder is glued to its back and it doesn't budge but quite the opposite it's hard to take off. I'm very pleased and I'll buy more in other colors for friends and family.
