Excellent product & after sales support!I ordered this label printer yesterday & by the end of the day, they delivered the same.The packaging was excellent, got 2 label sticker rolls with it.Since, I was new to operating label printer, their support team helped me in ways I couldn't have expected ever. Their team member,"Pushpa" helped me alot in not only installing all the drivers & softwares for pc but also she guided me pretty well to get start with my work through this printer via an android application on my mobile.For a beginner, learning from the basic is very important, she guided me about the settings needed to get a smooth print from this mini printer which did my work perfectly.At this price point, the printer is perfect for small & medium sized vendors looking for something efficient in label printing.Thankyou for this product & the excellent after sales service you guys have provided me! 🤗
