Since I have a bad back and long drives rather shorter drives have also become painful for me. I have started using this cushion on my car seat. My initial feeling is very comfortable. Just one suggestion, add a kind of belt or some thing to tie it to the seat so it stays firm on the seat. However the bottom material would most probably stick to many leather or PU leather seats. Overall it’s convenient and comfortable.
