UPDATE: Turns out you can't just get the adapter by itself through normal channels, so don't lose it. I did come up with one, though, and my suspicions were confirmed. You do have to use the dongle instead of Bluetooth if you want the full functionality. It is a notably improved experience, but it will tie up a USB port. You can use Bluetooth, but it doesn't sound as good and the surround doesn't work. I'll leave it as four stars. They're "fine". However, I've yet to get them to show up in the G Hub software. I suspect that you have to pair it using that Lightning adapter instead of just Bluetooth, but I haven't found any documentation to this effect. Regardless, mine didn't come with the adapter and I'm not even sure I have available USB ports. They're a significant upgrade over the Arctis 9X that I was using. (Stay away from those, they're actual garbage.) Battery life is very good. Sound quality is mid, but I haven't been able to get to an EQ yet to make any adjustments. They're a little heavy, but not enough to be uncomfortable. They adjust and fit pretty well also. I'd recommend these if you want to try to deal with the G Hub issues. I'll try to remember to update this once I order the adapter for it, since mine was missing.

DO NOT BUY used them for a year, and within the same year went through 3 pairs of the same headphones. 1st pair lasted 6 months, left side audio just stops working and i cant hear anything at all! called Logitech support and they were really nice and had replaced the headset for me. Those headphones only lasted 3 months with the same issue. No audio in the left side of the headset. Called Logitech support again and they were generous enough to send me a new pair! guess how long that lasted! 1 week! the same issue again! no audio in the left aide of the headphones. I'm addicted to comp shooters like hunt showdown, tarkov, rust, conan exiles so sound is everything to me and i've used multiple wireless and wired headphones. These headphones by far are the WORSE longevity wise. I barely write reviews, i rather play video games than type an essay about a product BUT other people NEED to KNOW about these headphones before they buy them!

Casi dos meses después de comprarlos, puedo asegurar que son los mejores cascos gaming que he tenido. Los uso para PC y, en ocasiones, también para escuchar música desde el móvil. Lo que más destaco es el sonido inmersivo que tienen, el sonido 3D para juegos competitivos, la comodidad y la batería. ¡Dura muchísimo! Mi mejor amigo, que es con quien siempre juego online, dice que por Discord me escucha como si me tuviera al lado, así que el micrófono también está GOOOOD. 😄 Si puedes descarga el software de Logitech en el PC para configurarlos, el sonido se queda impresionante y perfectamente ajustado. Yo los configuré con ChatGPT y me los dejó muy finos. Incluso puedes guardar dos configuraciones: una para jugar online y otra para juegos en solitario. No les encuentro ninguna pega. Los cascos son un 11 de 10.

Der Sound ist für mich das Highlight. Die Graphen-Treiber machen einen echt guten Job, gerade beim Zocken. Der Bass ist kräftig, aber nicht so, dass er einem die Ohren zudrückt oder alles andere überlagert. Schritte, Richtungen, das ganze Drumherum in Shootern höre ich sauber raus, das räumliche Klangbild ist richtig gut. Und auch für Musik oder mal einen Film zwischendurch macht es echt Spaß. Der Tragekomfort ist top. Ich hab die Teile schon stundenlang auf gehabt und irgendwann vergisst man einfach, dass man ein Headset trägt. Die Polster sind schön weich und drücken nicht, und cool finde ich, dass Ersatzpolster aus Stoff dabei sind – die sind luftiger, wenn’s mal wärmer wird. Der Akku hält auch ewig, ich häng das Ding wirklich nur selten ans Kabel. Was mich stört: Das Mikrofon ist ehrlich gesagt nur okay. Für Voicechat mit den Kumpels reicht es locker, man wird klar verstanden. Aber wer damit streamen oder was aufnehmen will, sollte die Erwartungen runterschrauben – da klingt die Stimme eher durchschnittlich und nicht so knackig, wie man es bei dem Preis erwarten würde. Über die Software kann man zwar ein bisschen nachhelfen, aber ein spürbar besser wird’s dadurch auch nicht. Für mich trotzdem klare 5 Sterne. Wenn dir vor allem guter Klang und bequemes, langes Tragen wichtig sind, machst du damit nichts falsch. Nur wenn das Mikro für dich das Wichtigste ist, würde ich nochmal genauer schauen.

Venivo da un paio di cuffie economiche e la differenza appena si prendono in mano queste Logitech si sente tutta: la struttura è solidissima, robusta e trasmette subito una sensazione di livello superiore. Le sto usando principalmente su PS5 e per me sono state una svolta incredibile, valgono ogni singolo centesimo. La qualità audio è pazzesca grazie ai driver in grafene. La pulizia del suono è impressionante e quando gioco agli FPS riesco a sentire in modo nitido e distinto ogni minimo rumore o passo, dandomi un vantaggio enorme anche in ottica competitive. Un punto a favore enorme è la gestione tramite il software Logitech Hub su PC: si possono configurare i profili audio personalizzati e, grazie alla memoria interna delle cuffie, le impostazioni restano salvate anche quando poi le vado a collegare alla PlayStation. La connettività wireless LIGHTSPEED è perfetta, fulminea e non ha la minima latenza. In più sono versatili, perché hanno anche il Bluetooth (comodissimo per switchare al volo tra vari dispositivi) e l'ingresso classico con il cavo jack da 3.5 mm. Sul padiglione c'è tutto a portata di mano: la rotella del volume, l'interruttore rapido per mutare il microfono, il tasto Bluetooth e quello di accensione, oltre all'entrata USB-C. A proposito di microfono, lo trovo comodissimo perché si può inserire e togliere al volo tramite jack, inoltre lo uso spesso per giocare online e le persone con cui giocavo mi hanno sempre detto che la voce si sente benissimo, fedele e per nulla metallica. A livello di comfort sono spettacolari. In confezione ci sono due paia di padiglioni in memory foam, uno in ecopelle e uno in velluto. Io le tengo in testa anche per ore di fila senza sentire il minimo fastidio. qLa batteria poi è infinita: dichiarano 50 ore ed è verissimo, le ho ricaricate pochissime volte da quando le ho prese e sul software da PC si può controllare sempre la percentuale residua. Che dire, sono eccezionali, comode e super funzionali. Straconsigliate! 🔈
