Unfortunately, this has been a very disappointing purchase.Delivery was quick (within 3 days), but the problems started right after. No automatic installation service was arranged (unlike other brands), and I had to call manually to request it. Despite assurances of a 24–48 hour window, the technician showed up 5 days later. And when he did, he was completely unprepared — lacked tools, was unsure about installation steps, and I ended up doing most of the setup myself.Now to the TV itself:It lags frequently.Audio cuts out randomly.TV becomes unresponsive if used quickly.Even though it has 1.5 GB RAM and 16 GB storage, my older Mi TV with less RAM works smoother.This doesn’t feel like the quality I expected from Acer. I truly regret this purchase.

Excellent Tv!! Quality screen! 30wt Dolby Audio!! 16GB ROM!!, 1.5GB RAM!!!, no one in market to compare it at this price range. This tv is worth!! Installation on next day, Customer Care service is also very good!!

Excellent video and audio effects.App performance everything is nice.Only thing needs to be improved is, google tv so every time power on time app and features loading time takes a bit.Other than that I feel this is excellent product.
