Shake the ball to listen to the bladder so it hangs freely. When the bladder hangs freely then re- inflate the ball.

Don't buy!!
You get what you pay for. These footballs are of low quality and not sized correctly. I purchased 6 of these footballs for my Pee Wee flag football team. One of the footballs split at the seams and all of them were 1-1.5" smaller than the standard Pee Wee size.

My little was excited for his football, until we aired it up. It ripped at the seams.
