I’ve been using this for about 3-4 months now. Works really well so far! Took off a star bc it’s very sweet.

I take this before bed and it calms the mind and helps with a good nights sleep! I’ve been experimenting with different ways to improve sleep.It’s very effective and tastes great!The serving size is shy of 30 days tho.I ended up buying powdered L-theanine instead to add to my coffee. This is very helpful especially for those who experience anxiety :)

Does absolutely nothing! I spent my hard-earned money hoping to help my anxiety and get some sleep. Used for 6 weeks - nothing! Tried to contact the company - they advertise they would refund my money - where are you???

I tried ANOTHER brand of liquid GABA and threw the bottle out due to the sulfurous taste. THIS BRAND "Key Elements" is very thoughtfully put together. It tastes nice under the tongue and that's important- as is the formulation. Good for daytime use as there is no tryptophan, yet I fall asleep appropriately at night- no problem. It puts me in a "cool zone" which allows me to focus, be calm, not get distracted, and keep on going! Totally recommend.
