Perfect grinding, poor design, sub standard build. Grinder jar broke already within 2 months

broken just after couple of uses.
The product broke just after two uses, the motor doesn't seem to fixed and kept moving resulting in not working and spoiling the blades, video attached.

Could be better
This product is fine and working great but only 2 of the 3 jars provided were good and the 3rd one ( big ) was useless. It not even blending fruits (apple precisely) . In my opinion it’s not worth of paying 100€ for 2 jars and machine. Thank you

Poor quality
Won't recommend at all. After 1 year of light use, all of sudden stopped working. When contacted seller for its 2 year motot warranty, seller did not oblige. Anyway blades are not that sharp as we were expecting... Better look for another brand like Philips etc..

If you are living in the UK, mind well, they do not send an adaptor which is a pain.
The producct may be good but cannot be plugged in if you are linving in the UK.

Best product, quality is amazing considering 500w motor. I make Dosa batter and it's smooth. It can grind pepper and cardimom in seconds to make it a powder. Noise level is fine since you don't have to run it for long time. It has been 2 weeks I am using it. Jar quality is good and available in multiple sizes. You need European connector to use here. It's 2 pin round sized point, would not work in Sweden without connector. Easy to clean jars

This item cannot be used directly in US without a coversion plug. This was not mentioned in the Product details. I wouldn't recommend this item. Waiting for the shipping label from the merchant to ship the product back.

The quality of the Mixer is good and heavy duty. Worth for money. The Jars are bit small compared to similar products but is is fine.The big jar blade quality is not good as expected
