Perfect for printing off phone
I’m really pleased with this HP printer. I don’t have access to a laptop, so being able to connect the printer directly to my phone and print documents that way has been extremely useful for me.The setup was straightforward, and I love how convenient it is to be able to print something from my phone without needing a computer. It has made printing documents at home so much easier and saves me having to find somewhere else to print them.For anyone who mainly uses their phone rather than a laptop or computer, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s made a big difference for me.

Great quality and attractive printer. Nice size. Extremely easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi, only took about 5 minutes. Very quiet whilst printing, great quality printed pages, no paper jams so far. Amazing value for money

Great value printer.
Does exactly what it says at an amazingly cheap price! Good quality printing and HP Instant Ink is worth signing up for and recycles cartridges. My only difficulty was setting it up which I think was because it was replacing my previous HP printer, as the setup jumped further along in the process causing me a lot of hassle.

Worst and most frustrating printer ever HP Envy 6120e
I genuinely cannot remember owning a more frustrating printer. I use if for my small business. Almost everything that can go wrong with a printer seems to go wrong with this one, constant paper-feed problems, paper jams, alignment issues, connection problems and repeated error messages. It regularly displays messages such as “tray is open” when the tray is clearly closed, and sometimes it simply refuses to print for no obvious reason. Using this printer has become a daily battle. Even basic printing jobs can turn into a nightmare troubleshooting sessions, restarting the printer, reconnecting it, checking the paper tray or dealing with yet another error.Whatever can go wrong seems to go wrong, almost every single day.For something that should make life easier, this printer has done exactly the opposite. Extremely unreliable and incredibly frustrating to use. I would not recommend the HP Envy 6120.

Perfect for my needs.
Perfect for my needs. Set up quite easily, but the power cable was a bit of an issue. It requires really pushing into the back of the printer and I'm not a strong 82 yr old female. But I finally managed it. So all systems go!

Decent value and good looks
I had a bit of trouble setting this good looking printer up but think that was because I am elderly and not very technically minded. It works well and seems good value. Just need to be careful to put paper in properly . I did not tske up the offer of cheap ink because I don’t do very much printing so hoping ink will last for a while.

Almost perfect for me at a fair price
The printer arrived very well packaged and protected. The setup was very easy this time (the opposite of what it was with my previous HP printer/scanner: a HP Deskjet 3630). I needed a Wi-Fi connection to download the drivers. Alternatively, you can connect the printer directly to your laptop or computer with a cable (not included). The only wire provided is for the electricity supply. The printer comes with both black and colour cartridges. The scanner light is blinking when I open the lid. This does not affect the result of the scanning (which is of good quality even at 300 dpi.I give 4* because I need to reinstall the printer EVERY TIME I want to use it, following a previous disconnection of my computer.

Unreliable printer, proceed with caution
In 25 years of buying printers, this is the most frustrating printer I have ever owned. The wireless functionality is full of problems and HP makes it exceedingly difficult to fix those problems. When it works, it's fine. The problem is that I cannot get it to print when I want it to half the time. Very disappointing.

Ink package not working
Coulnt' get the printer to connect tot he app to register for the ink package that came as part of the purchase so i feel this was a bit of a swizz! Printer works fine tho.
