Review: Excellent product and amazing customer service! - I’m so grateful for the incredible customer service I received! I thought my coffee maker was broken, but it turns out the system had simply entered cleaning mode, which I didn’t realize could affect how it functions. I was confused and a bit frustrated, but thanks to Maricel’s help, everything is working perfectly now. She patiently guided me through the steps to reset the machine and exit the cleaning cycle. Her kindness, clear instructions, and professionalism made all the difference. I’m back to enjoying my coffee, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is the product excellent—easy to use, reliable, and great quality—but the customer support is just as impressive. It’s so reassuring to know that when help is needed, it’s there with such care and efficiency. Highly recommend both the coffee maker and the team behind it!
Review: Possible machine defect? - I purchased this Kotlie coffee maker a year ago for a summer house. It stopped working after 2 months. I bought another one and it worked fine for a month. I left and returned this summer. The machine was idle for 8 months, unplugged. It did not work when I attempted to use it on the first day after my return. desertcart says that it is too late to do anything about it. Unfortunate as it is a good machine when it works.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BIG BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!
*by D***Y on February 23, 2026*

Hands down the BEST Espresso maker! Plus you can brew every type of coffee you’ve ever wanted. I’ve paid 6-10 times as much for other coffee makers that can’t hold a candle to the Kotlie. My previous one exploded the coffee pod over my new kitchen and myself. That prompted me to do a search for higher quality at a lower price. LOVE IT!
