Great flavor! Liquid I.V. really helps me with hydration. Especially during the winter when I tend not to drink as much as I should. I sometimes split the packet into 2 bottles of water as the flavoring can be intense.

This was essential for a bachelorette party that was a weekend long! All the girls grabbed one first thing each morning and felt so much better. They were ready to go again quickly!
