Wonderful gift for someone struggling with mental health and difficult life changes
I bought this for my mum who's been going through menopause and doesn't want to gomet medicine or anything, her mum died recently too so she's been having a hard time of it and I been trying my best to find ways of helping her take care of her mental health cos she, like many mums, doesn't really have an "off switch" so I thought this would be perfect for her as it would be something for her to read once a day and keep in mind as she goes on through her day and honestly I think it really helped her out ♡
