This milk thistle capsules are exactly what I expected, and have the same effect as others I've used before.They are decently large capsules, so you should be aware of that. I always prefer capsules to tablets, and don't have a problem with large ones, but I know many do. These capsules are on the large size but are still easy to swallow with food, with liquid alone you may find they stick in your throat a bit. Milk thistle has long been known to be a tonic for the liver and being a concentrated form in a capsule is even better. I have taken milk thistle supplements before and have had no problems with it so I am happy to take these concentrated capsules to aid my liver function. The screw top tub was covered with a clear security wrap which was nice and once removed there was the usual airtight seal to remove before getting to the capsules, so definitely tamper proof. There are ninety capsules in the tub so that's a three month supply, at less than 20p a day that's not too bad.
