Strong material and Velcro but not enough pressure on ear to help with surgical lymphedema. Maybe if put over folded wash cloth it may provide better compression

I bought this wrap for after my Osia 2 BAHA surgery. Although this makes life a lot easier because you don’t have to hold the ice pack or pull the entire thing over your head. The ice packs do not last long so buy extras ice packs to fit.

Returned it. Fit weird on my head. But, I have a small oblong face so that could have been the problem.

Bought for my daughter after ear surgery, it was a bit more comfortable than the one the hospital supplied.

Gel pads are too small to be effective. Much bigger pockets would make this a good product.
