I grind my teeth at night, so wearing a night guard on my upper teeth is a necessity for me to prevent damage. Over the years, I feel like I’ve tried just about every option available—from nearly $900 custom-made night guards from my dentist all the way down to $20 boil-and-fit guards at home. The dentist-made guards work well, but you only get one, they’re incredibly expensive to replace if something happens to them, and they need to be replaced periodically anyway. When it was time to replace my last dentist-made guard, I decided to look for a better alternative and found Remi. I’m so glad I did. For around $125, I was able to get two custom-made night guards, and after using them for more than a year, I can honestly say I am incredibly impressed. First, the quality is excellent. You can choose upper guards, lower guards, or one of each, and you can select the thickness depending on your comfort level and how heavily you grind. Mine fit perfectly when I received them and have remained comfortable to wear. The material feels high quality, and to me, they feel every bit as good as the $900 custom guard I received from my dentist. They’re also very easy to care for. I’ve cleaned mine with a toothbrush and toothpaste as well as denture tablets and specialty night-guard cleaning solutions. My experience taking my own impressions was a little more complicated—but that was entirely user error! Remi provides excellent instructions, including written directions in the kit, online information, and video instructions. Everything was clear and easy to understand. I’m apparently just not particularly talented at making dental impressions, and it took me more than one try. This is where Remi’s customer service really impressed me. After I sent in my first impressions, they contacted me promptly to let me know they wanted me to redo them so they could make sure my guards would fit correctly. They sent me another impression kit at no additional cost and even arranged a video call to personally walk me through the process. That made all the difference. When my finished guards arrived about two weeks later, the fit was absolutely perfect. I’ve now been wearing them for over a year, and the only problem I’ve had is that I managed to lose one! Fortunately, that wasn’t a disaster because I had received two guards to begin with. That alone is a huge advantage over paying hundreds of dollars for a single guard from the dentist. I’ve also been impressed with the follow-up service. Remi has periodically checked in to make sure I’m still happy with my guards and that everything is fitting properly. It hasn’t been an annoying stream of weekly emails—just an occasional check-in every few months, which I actually appreciate. Another big advantage is that once Remi has a good set of impressions, they can keep them on file for easy reordering. Unless something changes with my teeth, I won’t have to go through the impression process again. When I’m ready for another guard or another pair, I can simply reorder. Overall, I am extremely happy with these night guards. The fit, comfort, quality, price, customization options, and especially the customer service have all exceeded my expectations. After paying so much for dentist-made guards in the past, finding a custom option of this quality at a fraction of the cost—and getting two guards instead of one—has been fantastic. I cannot recommend Remi highly enough!

15 years ago I paid $1,000 for "a custom night guard to protect your teeth and to help you stop grinding your teeth". It sure seemed expensive but after having very very painful gum surgery I figured it was critical to ensue I may never have to go thru that again. They both fit ok but the top one was so uncomfortably thick I seldom used used it and relied totally on wearing the bottom guard every night. It has become well used and I despatately needed to replace it but the thought of paying another $1000. really discouraged me from moving forward. My husband saw a Remi advertisement and decided to look into it. We could not believe the price. Something is better than what I had so he ordered up the kit. The process was similar to what I did 15 years ago with my dentist but a lot more comfortable. This process was really simply and easy to do. The communication to and from Remi was very supportive and assuring and before I knew it I had an upper and lower guard delivered. They are beautiful, thin and flexible. You put them on and you can hardly tell you have them on. You could actually wear them during the day if you needed to if stress has unknowingly been causing you to grind your teeth. They even make your teeth look really white and pretty. I can actually use the upper because it is nice and comfortable and doesn't make me gag like my old one. Very impressive product. I highly recommend the guards and love the customer service.

I’ve always been a teeth grinder, and my dentist kept recommending a custom night guard, but I couldn’t justify spending several hundred dollars on one. I decided to give Remi a try, and after using it every night for the past month, I’m really glad I did. I was a little nervous about taking my own impressions, but the instructions were clear, and the process was much easier than I expected. A couple of weeks later my guards arrived, and I was honestly surprised by how perfectly they fit. They snapped right into place with no adjustments needed. The biggest difference is how my jaw feels in the morning. I used to wake up with tightness and soreness from clenching my teeth all night. Since wearing the guard, that has improved dramatically, and I sleep more comfortably because I’m not constantly thinking about damaging my teeth. The quality is excellent, and having two custom guards plus the carrying case makes it feel like a great value. After a month of nightly use, it’s still in perfect condition. If you’ve been putting off getting a night guard because of the cost, I was in the same boat. This ended up being one of the best purchases I’ve made for my dental health. Highly recommended.

The mouth guard itself is OK, if a little on the thin side. The initial purchase, delivery of the kit, and delivery of the guard was very good and professional. After about 6 months my mouth guard got a crack which became a hole, proving I definitely need one of these. So I signed up for the re-occurring mouth guards, and that's where everything went horribly wrong. When the automatic reoccurring purchase for "Remi Club" or whatever they called it went through, I never got my next set of mouth guards. I thought maybe it was just delayed and after awhile I forgot about it, until the next charge happened and I still had no new mouth guard. Then I decided to speak to customer "support" and that is majority of where my score comes from, they are useless and just paste templated responses and don't seem to even read my replies and quite frankly makes me feel the whole thing is a long-con scam. They deleted my account but kept charging me so I couldn't even remove my credit card from the account. I ended up having to change my credit card number and dispute the last charge to avoid them charging me in the future. I ended up purchasing a custom guard directly from my dentist which is **much** thicker and will last many years longer. The dentist's version was 5x the cost of these, but in the long run they will save me money. I understand not everyone can afford the upfront cost though, so I will say: If you need these, only purchase them once, NEVER give them your credit card (certainly not your debit card) and prepare to be scammed after the first purchase.

I love my new night guards. They are a perfect fit. They are well worth the money. When making my custom molds I didn’t get very good impressions on either my first impression or my second. Remi sent me new a new impression kit for free if I would schedule a zoom call with one of their specialists. I did and we had a perfect impression. Soon after I got my night guards. I definitely would recommend scheduling a call if you are having trouble getting good impressions. They are perfect. They stay on all night. They are very easy to use. I bought both a top guard and bottom guard. I love being able to trade off between the top and bottom. They even reached out after to make sure I was satisfied with my night guards. The service I received was outstanding. Thank You so much for all your help.

My experience was - Got the impression set fast, followed instructions carefully, did the impressions and signed up online, specifying bottom guards only and 1mm thickness. That's when they started pushing the $15 upcharge to go to the front of the line, which I did not like because it meant that anyone who didn't pay extra would be shuffled to the back repeatedly, as I think happened to me. Anyway, they reviewed my pictures in a day or two and emailed that my top impression wasn't complete at the gumline, so I had to use the whole spare set of putty all on the top for another try, then a day or so later they emailed that it was good from the picture, send in the impressions. By now it's 4 days or so since initial purchase. After mailing I waited several days, got a phone call that said my top impression still wasn't good enough, which was weird, first of all because I had already specified on the account setup on their website I only wanted bottom guards, second because of the trouble we went through to do the 2nd top impression. I once again told the nice person I only wanted two bottom guards and so they finally said oh, ok, we will use that impression and get them going. So then I waited about 2 more weeks and they finally came, with 2 guards in one plastic case. They fit very well and have made my sleep much more comfy. Getting them was more of a pain than I expected and took longer than I expected upon purchase, a little over 3 weeks. Fortunately I had a spare storage case from a failed drug store night guard so I don't have to keep the in-use guard with the unused one. . My wishes for a better experience: 1. Don't upsell after purchase - if you want levels of speed, sell them up front. Bad idea making good customer feel 2nd-class because he doesn't want surprise upgrade purchase. 2. Put more putty in initial kit so it's easier to reach gumline all around, and make better videos on how to cover the top gumline - I still don't know how I could've done it better and mine wasn't good enough even with a double load - that stuff keeps squishing to the back. 3. Send 2 storage cases or some other way to keep the spare guard handy. 4. Give better idea of delivery expectation time at purchase. These night guards are identical in appearance and feel to the one my wife paid over $200 for, and very comfortable compared to others I have tried. Again, I like the guard and would recommend them to anyone who is aware of how the process goes. I almost give it 5 stars despite the hassles. Almost.

I bought this for my son because he grinds his teeth at night. He has multiple dental issues because of it. This fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The mouth guard help him from grinding his teeth. Would definitely recommend to anyone with this issue
