After my last thermometer quit working, I needed something that would work quickly and easily for my family- with kids ranging in age from 16- 2 months, we all know speed is of the essence (esp when trying to take a toddlers temperature). This thermometer was at a comparable price and it works exactly as stated. I really appreciate the speed readings, esp for the younger kids, and the different indicator lights are great, too. There have been multiple times I've taken someone's temp in the dark and this makes it that much easier to not disturb those that are trying to rest while sick. I also have one of those infrared head reader types of thermometers, but I never know how truly accurate those are, I feel this is a more efficient way to get an accurate reading- which is so important to me when it comes to fevers in kids!

This thermometer is fast and easy to use, which really matters when dealing with a sick child. Readings are consistent and feel accurate, and it gives results quickly without a lot of fuss or guesswork. Simple design, easy to read screen, and reliable when you need it most. A solid, no hassle thermometer to keep on hand.

We’ve had previous iterations of this thermometer and absolutely loved them. When the battery died after several years, it was cheaper to get a new one than buy a pack of batteries when we only needed one, so we did. Absolutely love the large display that changes color based on reading. Easy to use, accurate- just what we needed!

I have five thermometers, and this is my second favorite. My favorite is my BBT thermometer--that one is very accurate and reliable, but it takes sooo long. This one is really fast, which matters because it's for use on my toddler, who will not hold still long enough for my other thermometers. I have a forehead infrared thermometer, but that one is very inconsistent and inaccurate. This one seems to be pretty accurate. The display is big, so it's easy to read the temperature, and I appreciate the color coded light to give me a vibe check at a glance. I don't care that it doesn't come with a cover, because I only use it in my toddler's armpit.

This is a very basic electronic thermometer. It does exactly what it is supposed to and is rather easy to read. It takes a reading quickly and it’s simple design functions exactly as it should.

I've used a few other quick read thermometers. A few major things I noticed are great about this one in particular; the battery life, the ability to change the battery out, and the quick accuracy in which you get a reading. The waterproof coating makes it easy to sanitize, and you can clean it quickly with some soap and hot water. The display is also really nice, the color coded display lets you know at an instant if you're normal, above grade, or running a fever. It was able to catch a fever as it was starting, which led to being able to get medication in my system and rest before the chills and aches could really set in. It's smooth seamless, and the quickness of it would make it easy to test kids temperature readings without having to sit with it in their mouth for long. Overall a really great product I would gladly buy again!

This thermometer gives reliable temperature readings and is easy to use. The only small downside is that you need to be still for a moment to get an accurate reading, but overall it performs really well. Good value for the price!
