Very good quality, and they stick for long hours comparing to other brands.

I love these nose strips so much they help me breathe at night and I prefer them to breathe right strips because of how they stick onto my nose. The only thing is sometimes it will leave black residue on my face but nothing I can’t wash off with some face wash.

One of the worst products I’ve ever bought on Amazon. U can’t do absolutely nothing that makes you sweat, they start peeling of almost immediately. I specifically bought for my morning runs, but they do absolutely nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible…

I AM UPDATING my 2 star review from January 1st (below) to 4 STARS on account that I have done some additional research testing and found a very important step in applying these Nasal strips: You have to apply the strips and allow the adhesive to set on the skin. instructions say 10 seconds, but this resulted in my 2 STAR Review. Leave on the skin at least an hour for it to set before beginning physical activity. I wear these strips at night with my CPAP Nasal pillow and in the morning I find that the strips are so well set on the skin, I decided to keep it on and proceeded to do 90 minutes of indoor endurance work on the bike (TrainerRoad workouts are the best) and the strip remained well in place and firmly adhered to the skin the entire time even while sweating. 2 STAR REVEIW SUBMITTED JANUARY 1, 2026: 5 STARS for performance while sleeping, but 2 STARS for its performance during exercise. None of the review video's show anyone exercising. I know many professional cyclists use nasal strips to improve airflow through the nose so I tried this brand which supposedly some of the pros use. However, even if I wash the bridge of my nose prior to a cycling workout to ensure a strong bond of the adhesive, Today after 30 minutes of a low intensity endurance pace workout, the strips begin to lose adhesion and by minute 45 they are useless. I'm going to have to find a better brand. I want hours of adhesion while cycling, not 30-45 minutes.

I always thought commercials used all kinds of editing tricks to make it look like it works, but as you can see in the video, there’s a significant visual change. (And no, I didn’t get paid.) Now for the bottom line: I’ve been using it for 5 days, and I haven’t noticed any major change in my sleep or in breathing through my nose while sleeping because of it, but the product definitely works.

Great nose strips worth every penny. Normal ones only stay on for about 30 minutes because my skin gets too oily. These things stay on my nose all night and I wake up to run in the morning and lift and it still stays on the entire time. Super effective.

Bought for my boyfriend, he is not a fan. The reason I got them for him is because they are advertised as long lasting, sweat and oil resistant. They did not perform to this claim. If you are thinking about buying I’d stick to breath right strips or invest in the magnetic ones.

They do not work. They stay on for just a few minutes But the worst thing is they make the nose restrict under pressure more so then not wearing them

Works like a charm. My husband converted all his friends to this. All their wives approve this products as well.

Doesn’t stick. When it does stick it’s too high on the nose. When placed where recommended or where you feel nostrils open up the strip doesn’t stick for long
