Sounds pretty good, even over the sound of the water running. Doesn't crackle or sound frizzy and is really clear. Connects to Bluetooth devices seamlessly. Its a great size for a small bathroom because it's not big or bulky. Really appreciate the small, slim design. The battery lasts for a decent amount of time, considering it's size. On a full charge and being used daily for about 2 hours, we charge it once - MAYBE twice - a week. It will drain about 10% daily. We don't leave it on the charger when it's not in use. Charge it only when the battery is low. It won't take long to charge either. The volume is good for what we use it for. We don't try to blast it for the neighborhood to hear it but sounds good outdoors around a group of friends by the fire or for background tunes while having a card night with buddies. Even works well and sounds good in the garage while working with power tools. Would probably even be great on a river float.
