This knee wrap is so soft and retains the cold for a long time. It fit my knee perfectly and helped with my pain. It's very easy to use and works as expected. It does not lead.

Convenient! Put em on, strap em on, straps are elastic, so they are comfortable. Have used them several times now and they're quality. No problems. I toss em in the freezer and when I take em out to use, they're COOOOOOLD!! And they stay cold for a while. The typical time about 20 minutes. Still cool a little longer than that. Stitching is good. Velcro is STRONG. Recommended!

After having nerve compression surgery in my left leg, and removing my wrapping, I used this to lessen the swelling and pain in my leg. The fit is perfect and easy to adjust and stays in place. It provided the perfect relief I needed. I’ve only used it for icing so far and had great results.

This works fairly well for icing an injured knee and I like being able to secure it with the velcro straps so I can lie down or stand and my hands are free. It covers a generous area above and below the knee and the top is labeled. The Con is the fabric/felt side is on the outside and since it has thick seams that side can’t be used against your skin. The other side is slick and super cold when you take it out of your freezer and I have to use a thin bar towel underneath so the coldness isn’t so shocking but often a regular hand or kitchen towel is too thick to feel enough coolness on the injury. I wish they would’ve sewn it the opposite way or made it reversible. I didn’t time it but it stays cold for the recommended 20 minutes at least then you can pop it back in your freezer for the next round.

My daughter developed shin splints right before tennis season - it was awful! These ice packs are amazing! They freeze quickly and are very comfortable on the shins. She would freeze them and put them in a small cooler and take them to practices and matches. Easy to move around when you are on the go! They are made of a soft felt-like material that doesn't scratch the skin, and the size is perfect for the standard shin. These are easily put on by three straps and are flexible to put them where you need them.

These ice packs have been a lifesaver for me after my total knee replacement. I bought two so I can rotate them in the freezer. They are comfortable to wear while sitting or standing. Highly recommend!

Width is great but should be longer to cover more of the lower leg. Also, I feel like there isn't enough cooling gel in it for 15 minutes of cooling. I'm keeping them and will continue to use them but they're only ok.
