I take it at bedtime. Qualia Magnesium+ is much more effective with managing leg cramps in the middle of the night and general better sleep. I've tried several other brands. Solar Qualia is the best.

Excellent product. I take 2 easy to swallow tablets 1.5 hours before bedtime every night for uninterrupted rest. Best magnesium I’ve ever taken. My body feels better, my tummy bloat gone and I have no more joint pain in my knees or shoulders.

I ordered this after finishing another bottle of magnesium citrate. I ordered this to help with sleep. I have been taking this for about 28 days now and I only take 1/2 a dose which is one pill. I did notice that my sleeping did get better, but after a few days I felt like my digestion got better as well. After 28 days now I feel like I can definitely contribute the improvement in my digestion to taking this magnesium. I will start taking 2 maybe every other day and see if that further improves my sleep and my digestion. Before I posted this I wanted to make sure my improved digestion continued. I usually have a lot of pain due to bloating from not digesting, now it is almost non existent and I easily pass gas from burping (like you should) and passing gas other ways LOL. My stool is also no longer light in color. These are all signals that my digestion is working a lot better. I do feel like with the better digestion that I may also be losing weight, but I will update when I buy a second bottle on that. Update 11/23/25 It has been almost 60 days now and I have only a few pills left. I did try taking 2 pills a day and immediately had loose stool, I know that it may take time to adjust to, but I decided to go back mostly to 1 a day. I'm not sure that my sleeping is that much better, but my digestion is still improved so I am about to reorder. I definitely do not want to make a weight loss correlation. I did find a better deal when I went directly to their site so that is where I reordered.

I have multiple problems with sleeping! The Qualia Magnesium really helps my sleep (I stay asleep longer, I get a better nights rest and wake up feeling better). Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Easy on the stomach. I use it at night to help me sleep. I get good sleep. It works. I've used it for 3 months. I will continue to use this. I'm giving it 4 star because the cost I believe is kind of high.
