But it has worked great for us. **Q: Could I use this register if I have square on my iphone?** A: This cash drawer is a manual push open cash drawer, therefore it cannot synch with any external equipment such as an iPhone. In order to open and close the cash drawer you must push and close manually with your hand every-time. I hope that clears up any confusion. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us at hello@certusglobal.co **Q: Is there drill holes under the cash drawer in the base to drill on top of a shelf?** A: Certus Global Cash Drawer Under Counter Mounting Brackets Fits 13"inch Cash Register Drawer (Crisp White) **Q: is there a way to disconnect the bell, even if i have to break something? size is perfect....thanks........** A: Hi Michelle! Yes, it is actually quite easy to stop the bell from ringing. You will simply need a phillips head screwdriver. If you pull the drawer out of the white shell, you will see that the back of the drawer has a sort of hook that is attached via two screws. If you remove these two screws you can take the hook off of the drawer, and then once the drawer is put back in the bell will no longer ring. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly at hello@certusglobal.co and we would be happy to walk you through the process! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product ... Greater Customer Service *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 18, 2019* If I good give this review even more than five stars I would. I recently purchased this item to use at our Daisy Girl Scout cookie booth sales and it was a HUGE hit with the girls. The product is lightweight perfect for portable use and very sturdy. I had read some reviews were their were complaints about the "ringing bell"; however for our girls it added an additional excitement while learning how to manage and handle money.Being a bit paranoid, I went out to several local hardware stores to see if I could get the key duplicated and had no luck and I was terrified of not having backups on hand. After reading a few Q&A's on amazon I was able to locate a posting from the seller that had provided another customer information on how to reach out to them to obtain additional keys.Let me tell you I was SUPER impressed with this company's customer service. They were extremely responsive and addressed my needs immediately. In addition, they even offered to support our troop sales by placing a cookie order, you can't beat that type of customer service.I love the product, I love the customer service support and our girls will have many more fun years of cookie selling using this product. I highly recommend this product and the seller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Works well *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2024* Nice little drawer. Lightweight. Works perfectly ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT CASH DRAWER & EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! *by W***W on Reviewed in the United States on November 16, 2018* We ordered the cash drawer for our new small business and love it. We weren't aware that the drawer came with a bell when it opened. It has instructions to remove the bell but I don't know why anyone would, it's awesome! Even better than that is their customer service! The day the drawer arrived they sent us an email with an overview of the drawer and said that if we had any problems or questions to call them directly and that if for any reason there was something wrong with our drawer they would replace it. Ours was perfect but you can tell that this is a company that stands behind their product and truly cares about their customers! One of the best buying experiences I have ever had and it was over a simple cash drawer. Everyone should strive to offer the customer service that they offer! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/66000744-manual-push-open-cash-drawer-with-ringing-bell-4-bills](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/66000744-manual-push-open-cash-drawer-with-ringing-bell-4-bills) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
