The suction cup is not very strong. It detaches easily from the surface. I have to hold the base to punch for it not to come loose which defeats the whole purpose of the item

The suction is great so you don’t have to worry about it flying across the room after being hit. I was worried that it would be too small but it’s a perfect size! My son and I tried sticking the suction cup on several different surfaces with no luck (on desk and wall next to desk). After a few punches, it breaks free. We have since clamped the suction cup down to the desk. The bag and spring are high quality. Such a shame.

I bought this for my boss. Everyone who comes into his office loves it. It's taken a lot of abuse, and I guess it's diffused a lot of stress. The suction holds great on the laminate surface of his table.

Thought it was going to be a fun stress relief for my office & staff. I've had it almost 2 weeks and yet I am still trying to get it fully inflated...also the pump broke while I've been trying to inflate it. I am super disappointed in this. I had high hopes now they have deflated just as the punching bag.
