Wenn Sie es als letzte Mahlzeit am Abend nach dem Training und am Tag danach einnehmen, fühlen Sie sich immer noch stark genug, um Ihren Arbeitsalltag fortzusetzen. Der Schokoladengeschmack ist köstlich. Sie können es mit warmem oder kaltem Wasser mischen. Kreatin wirkt meiner Erfahrung nach nicht; heißes Wasser bildet Klumpen.

Very tasty works so good with water, were others dosent taste good with water but only milk. Feels like sand, which is very good quality, and no stomach issues.
