Im happy with these
Ive been trying this brand now for the past 2 months and i have to say im happy with them and im going to keep on purchasing from them. I love the 12 in 1. I am 65 year old woman and purchased this because I was having bimonthly headaches/migraines which had been going on for more than a year. They were coming every month right around the same time of the month. I started to take these on a schedule of Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, repeating this schedule every week. I did this because I was concerned with taking it daily because the recommended dose for magnesium is 350mg/day. This turned out to be enough for me, my headaches are gone. So I highly recommend this product.
