After researching this item carefully I thought I would give it a try. I have to say after 30 days of use I can tell a big difference in my body, inside and out! I highly recommend this product.

I can almost leap tall buildings in a single bound. Good stuff! Really though, good quality. I only give five stars if I also hear angels sing.

I’ve been taking a national brand magnesium for years. Lately I felt like it just wasn’t working. So I did some research and found this Magnesium Complex that said it had many benefits. I thought I’ll try it but didn’t quite believe all they said it could help. First let me say we are all different. So my immediate success might not happen for you. Today I took the first dose. Wow! Clear head, no Friday afternoon brain fog. More energy after work today. I’m a wet dish rag every Thursday and Friday. Big difference today which is Friday. I have had an abnormal heart rhythm for decades. This is why I take magnesium. But lately it just wasn’t working. First dose today and my heart is beating normally. Maybe my quick success is because I’ve been taking magnesium daily for years. But this was the reason I started looking into a better Magnesium supplement. I think this is the one. Seriously I feel a positive difference already. If things change I’ll update this review, for better or worse. Looking forward to seeing how I feel after a few weeks.
