This file comes with a nice pouch for protection. It’s ideal for maintenance but on rougher patches does take a bit longer so I used another file first then this one to smooth off.

Really disappointed with this one I'm afraid I have a micro pedi and it just doesn't have the umph anymore to deal with my heels so just thought, well it's either a belt sander or a manual file. I have the nail files of this brand and like them so much I've bought them as stocking filler type gifts for other people, so when I saw this "foot rasp" I assumed it would be the same excellent quality and ordered it. Well .... it is the same nice quality in terms of appearance and materials but rasp? I don't think so! It is ridiculously smooth for that purpose and I could only describe it as a buffer really. There is one slightly rougher bit up where the lilac colour starts but that's it ....so either it is a faulty one ....one of a fair few now I've read some other reviews or the company has a far different idea of the word rasp than I have. I'm tempted to try to return it but as I've used it I feel that would be unfair as chances are it would just be sent back out to some other person to be disappointed with from another review I've read.

Was so excited at the read up on this and so disappointed when I used it. Don't waste your money it really does not remove hard skin from the feet. Great as a nail file though

Ineffective foot file. I had one previously from another maker which was brilliant and I hoped this would be comparable. No suck luck. Waste of money.

I returned due to "NeW" file been used before delivered to me. It was meant to be a gift, looks nice and sturdy, but when you pay for a NeW item, the last thing to be expected is a used and uncleaned nail file in a preopened package. It's the same as selling used napkins as NeW... 🥴 Are there no modern ways to seal a sanitary item like a nail file so, that amazon would not accept it back, if it were unsealed?! Mmmmmm suka blyat.

This is really working great for me. I use it to target the rough spots on my feet while I’m in the shower and my feet are clean and wet. Then I put a good quality lotion on my feet afterwards and again before bed. That’s a pretty simplistic routine and they are drastically prettier and smoother. Without this routine I usually have rough patches on the sides of my big toes and on my heels that are bad enough to make me feel embarrassed. So this is pretty wonderful for me. :)

Cuando compré esta lima no pensé que fuera tan estupenda. Al abrirla pasé el dedo y no me pareció que fuera a funcionar porque no "rasca". Pero ¡¡que va!! Esta no es una lima cualquiera. Hay que usarla cuando después de lavar bien la zona de los talones y secarla bien. Después hay que pasar la lima frotando suavemente en el talón. Poco a poco va desprendiendo la piel muerta sin ninguna agresión. Despues, poner crema hidratante. La recomiendo 100%. Ahora estoy mirando un set de limas de uñas de est casa. Estoy impaciente por hacer el pedido.

I was very doubtful about a glass foot file so when this first arrived, I made my best friend let me file his really tough feet. It got off calluses that he has had for years. It takes time and some elbow grease but the result is WORTH IT. Smooth, good looking feet. Perfect for pedicure season!

I've read the bad and good reviews and there is truth to both. If your heels have multiple open and painful cracks this file probably isn't going to save your feet. It takes only the smallest amount of skin away. However if your heels are borderline, like maybe you live in a very dry climate or you go barefoot on hard surfaces around the house or wear flip flops a lot and your heels are just calloused or only have a few cracks, if you work away at those calloused & cracked areas every night while watching TV (with a towel on the couch under your feet to keep the skin cell dust off the upholstery), you can make progress with this file. It gets clogged with skin cells very easily and you'll have to rinse the file a couple or three times during each session but if you do it every night for a month I think you will see improvement. The improvement is modest in some ways but huge in others. For example, even after using the file regularly my heels aren't perfect but I no longer have painful cracks that I could push open with a fingernail and I am so grateful for that. Afterwards I use the Gena Healthy Hoof cream and the combination of these two things has really helped my heels.
