After 10 days:Excellent coffee machine. Easy to operate and makes excellent coffee (depending on the quality of the coffee beans you bought).I use it for cappuccino in the morning and espresso in the afternoon and evening. (4-5 operations a day). Regular use of the double basket.I made cold coffee once and it came out excellent.Meets my expectations of a machine like this and for its price.

Absolutely flipping fantastic. Best coffee machine we’ve ever purchased. We would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about it. It’s so easy to use. You just got to use the freshest roasted beans you can get to achieve the best cup of coffee. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The best coffee machine I have purchased . Not only does it look good but is good value for money too

The media could not be loaded. I received the coffee machine and was initially excited to try it out. However, after making just a few cups, the machine began making a strange noise in the frother section. Surprisingly, the noise continued even when the machine was turned off.I contacted Amazon UK to request a replacement, but customer service informed me that replacements were not possible and I could only return the item for a refund. I reluctantly agreed, returned the machine at my own expense, and asked for reimbursement of the shipping costs. Unfortunately, this led to a very frustrating experience. I was directed to submit proof via various links, and received automated responses from no-reply email addresses, making it impossible to get proper follow-up or assistance.Throughout the process, customer service felt dismissive and unhelpful, giving the impression that they were doing everything possible to avoid helping the customer. I even tried contacting Ninja directly through their website, but only received automated replies.Despite everything, I tried to give the product another chance and placed a new order—but it was never shipped. Eventually, I had to cancel it.In the end, I’m left with no coffee machine and over £100 spent on shipping costs that I will likely never see again. This has been one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I've had in years.

I bought this after seeing mixed reviews…. But to say that I’m happy is an understatement.I love love love this machine.Pros: easy delicious coffee, measures everything out for you, can use beans, self cleans, milk is easy to froth.Cons: the water in the drip tray fills up quickly and make sure you click be milk frothed magnet is clipped in properly before use.Would I buy it again? Yes

LOVE this coffee machine - it makes you feel like a Barista, without the guesswork. Just push a couple of buttons, for a great (coffee-shop-like) experience every time.

Exceptional machines, they effortlessly produce excellent coffee, akin to the quality of a Barratt home. I highly recommend them for their superior build quality.

For the price it does everything more expensive models do. Remember to buy freshly roasted beans for best results.
