I have to say these are quality sensors! They are sensitive but not too sensitive if you have to mount a little further away from each other. Great value!

Worked great, easy to install, huge improvement over the ancient physical contacts I had before.

Getting new windows installed in the house so need new contacts. Three things were of concern:1. Form factor. Wanted as small as possible, if I can upload a pic it shows how the size compared to sensors I have used in the past.2. Break off mounting tabs. To go for smallest size I intend to use the adhesive pads and not the mounting holes. The tabs with the mounting holes break off easily. Another plus.3. Operating range. Wanted to ensure reliable operation with the relative orientation of magnet and sensor for my application. Still getting about 1.5 inches of range which is good.

Millions of these have been used in security systems for decades. This product was exactly what I needed. Nice to have a few spares now.

Easy to install

I’m a security installer and this is as simple as it gets. Don’t just use the magnets and throw away the contacts. Replace the contacts as they -will eventually magnetice and require replacement - a security company service to check a bad contact can set you back a good dollar. $100-$200.
