L14-30 is NOT the same as 14-30.
Only gets 4 stars because the description doesn't note that the L14-30 (locking, as used on generators etc) is different from the14-30 (as used on dryers etc). Other than that it appears well made. Shame on me for not being an expert in electrical outlets :(
