Pirate fancy dress for Halloween.. looks and fits as described..the hats a bit floppy but all in all good value....I'm a 14 top and I purchased the large.

I ordered the 12-14 which is the size i am in most and would not even pull over my legs let alone my waist.quality is okay but runs about 3x smaller than selected size.
