I was looking for a lightweight winter jacket that would still provide warmth similar to a Lands End jacket that I’ve had. I purchased this coat in black in a 2X which is my normal size. It arrived in about a day and I was blown away that it was exactly what I was looking for. A great price point, comfortable fit, good length love the features of the detachable hood, the packability! I will be ordering another one in a different color. I like it that much. Don’t hesitate if you want these features! Side by side w my higher end jacket, you cannot tell them apart.

If You've never worn a 100% polyester jacket, you may be surprised by how warm it can be.__I think the best factor of this jacket is that it is so lightweight. The stuffing is not bulky, therefore the jacket is not bulky. I really do not like a bulky coat, so that is a real positive IMO__I chose the color: NAVY and it is a true shade of navy blue__I found no faults to the workmanship__I appreciate that the length is long enough to strike me below the bottom of the hip, so it is nice for wearing to outdoor sporting events where bleachers make for a cold seat__The detachable hood is also a positive since there are times when I want a hood and other times I do not__I keep this jacket inside my vehicle on a hanger hooked at the back of the back seat of my SUV in case I need a jacket. Some times I am out longer than expected and the temperature drops to where I am not dressed as warmly as I need to be. This jacket is perfect all the way around__The listing suggests washing by hand, but I plan to wash this in the machine by soaking in cool water then washing minimally on gentle cycle. But that is just IMO__Although I have not yet had the chance to wear this is very cold weather, I have worn it is during relatively cold nighttime temps and it has proven to be perfect for that situation__The only negative I find is that it is overpriced. Given this is an average polyester jacket I feel a pricepoint closer to thirty five dollars would be reasonable, but nearly fifty five is too expensive__BOTTOM LINE: I would not expect to wear this as my only means of a true winter coat, but it is great for normal cold Autumn nights and I would choose it again

Was looking for a mid length/long coat that was lightweight but warm. This jacket fits the bill perfectly. It is lightweight but warm. Has a detachable hood. Isn’t bulky/puffy. Material is very soft/smooth. Fit is true to size

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!!! Sooo cozy and comfy - ordered a size up to have room to add layers underneath! Really happy with this purchase!

This down coat is lightweight, smooth, and soft. I typically wear an 18/20/XXL and the 1X fits me perfectly. The zipper works well and zips all the way up without snags. The length hits me around mid-thigh. I should note that I am 5'4 with a short torso so it may be longer or shorter depending on your height and torso length. I like there's an interior pocket where you can tuck the little bag it can be rolled up into. I don't know how warm it would be in deep winter but it's great for the dropping temps.

I recently got this women’s puffer winter coat for my wife, and while it has some nice features, it falls a bit short of my expectations. The coat is stylish and does keep her warm, which is a definite plus. The fit is decent, and it looks ok on her. She says that you should order a size larger than you normally would for proper fit.However, she and I noticed that the material feels thinner than anticipated, so I’m not sure how well it will perform in extremely cold weather. The pockets could also be deeper; they don't hold larger items securely, which is a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the coat doesn't have much stretch, making it somewhat restrictive when she moves around.Overall, it’s an okay coat for mild winter days, but I expected more in terms of warmth and functionality. It’s fine for casual wear, but I wouldn’t recommend it for harsh winter conditions.
