The seller of this product very clearly cares about customer satisfaction. I received a message from them after my purchase thanking me for buying their product and enabling a lifetime warranty on it. I wish more businesses cared about their customers the way this seller does.The product is great as well. I have been using it only ofr a few days now, but it has kept up with all of my expectations. Having the A, C, and lightning options from one cable is a game changer and you can tell the quality is there in terms of material. The wattage display is a really cool addition too. I have had no data transfer or power restraint issues myself, but I am using a high powered fast charger so results may vary if your using an older wall wart.

Built good, works, very useful and a decent price.

Does not work with all cases due to the size of the screen, but overall a decent cable. Little bit over priced for what it is but it’s nice to see if the power bricks are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Customer service is fantastic and are willing to help make sure you’re satisfied with the product. They’re doing continual improvement to their products and have heard and addressed the fitting issue with future products that some buyers have mentioned.

The cord appears to be built well, and the digital display is nice and works great. The only problem was it will not fit my IPhone 12 with the case on it.UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service and they informed me they are working on a version of this cord that will fit phones with cases on them. For their customer service to take time out to contact me about this issue speaks volumes about the company. This cord will be hard to beat once the new version comes out!

I really love the super high technology of the charging cables. And the fact that it is so versatile and multifunctional is truly amazing. I also love the super fast charging speed it delivers to all my devices with no down time or slow speed to my devices that I'm using. I am also delighted at the company customer service department. Not only are they there with bended knee to assist with any problems. But they are even proactive about making sure that you activate their product life time warranty. Thank you XKCZ. My cable did malfunction shortly after receiving and without hesitation this company reached out to me and replaced my cable l, NO Questions asked.Extremely kind,professional and true to their word. Very rare nowadays. I would trust my money with this company with my money any day.

Nicely made! Looks great, and functions as you’d expect. Works with everything I’ve plugged into it. I feel like it’s worth the price.

I still own this product and wanted to return it, the male plugs do not fit into your device if it has a protective cover as all of my devices do, you have to undress your device to use it. Also it is not a fast charger as stated the most I got out of it was 6 watt, I used fast charging blocks powered ports it just socks. For fast charging get a dumb single cable with a good charging block it wins everytime. The felt seems like it will wear down pretty quick, so not durable. The only reason for keeping it was because it is a single cable with multiple ports.
