Fast and cheap fix
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Cheap option for an easy fix. Ac wasn’t turning fan or compressor on without struggling. After install of new capacitor, everything has been working great.

Disappointed after waiting days without A/C, shipping issue possibly? Or defective
Eh, I think this had the potential to do the job, however when I waited 2 days without A/C in Florida on 80 degree days, and it didn’t work I was disappointed to say the least. All I can figure is that it got banged up when shipped. I ended up going to an A/C unit store and getting a different one and sure enough, I finally got my A/C back. Amazon, please start putting “Fragile, handle with care” or something. It was easy to install is something good I can say about it though.
