Fender Telepath Wireless Guitar & Bass System, 5.8GHz, 70ft, Plug & Play

This is a great bit of kit. Having tried cheaper alternatives and being rewarded with noise, inteference and perceptible lag I decided to take a punt on these. The difference between this and the cheaper ones I have tried is night and day. The lag is alledgedly 4ms. Don't be fooled by numbers. I'm sure the spec is accurate but in all honesty the lag is completely imperceptible. This feels exactly like a bog standard cable without the inconvenience of getting caught around every obstacle in sight. There is no noise, literally zero. They are transparrent. As an added bonus they have even cured a persistent Telecaster / dimmer switch noise problem that several expensive noise gates and isolated supplies have so fay failed to address satisfactorily. They are more expensive than other wireless guitar systems available on Amazon but, for me, the extra expense has been more than worth it.

Use mine on a Fender American Precision five string and Gibson Midtown and these transmitters give the same level of performance as a top quality lead. They handle lows mods and highs seamlessly with no lag whatsoever. Battery life is excellent as is the build quality. The only downside is that there is no pouch to carry them so I use a sunglasses pouch. For the price one should be included.

Works great, I can't tell the difference between this and a cable, not had any issues so far, no interference or anything like that, only tiny thing is that it can be hard to remove from the guitar output, quite tight but then you wouldn't want it falling out would you!

Bought this too replace an Xvive A58 set which just constantly glitches it was unusable live, also the buttons were really fiddly to use, I have to say these are head and shoulders above those, they locked on straight away with no drop outs, there is one big button on the front to turn the units on, nothing flashy just functional. The build quality is top notch some kind of nylon plastic but feels durable, too early for a long term use review, if they deliver the promised 8hr run time then more than happy with these, good job fender.

I tried a few of the cheaper wireless systems which had a few problems before arriving at this Fender system.More expensive but you get what you pay for,this system is better quality and works perfectly with no interference,connects quickly with no noticeable latency,it's a keeper.Well done Fender.

Love these! No more running a lead and tripping or pulling on the amp. Only had these a while but so far so good. Build quality seems good as you would expect from a brand name. Colour coded so you can't mix up sender and receiver unit, but like others have said it would be nice to have a case to put them in to keep safe. I have bought a case from amazon for these which is a added expense but better than have to buy these again as they are not cheap.

As far as I can tell thus far, this system works very well, and subjectively at least it seems to transmit clean guitar sounds better than through a 10m guitar cable, although that could be due simply to the different impedances and capacitance losses involved. Although it is more expensive than many of its competitors.

Reliable. Much better than the Boss alternative. Battery life good. Doesn’t lose connection. Not pro, but a good choice for the weekend performers. Not tested in a large venue.

Crystal clear reception, no drop in sound quality that I can hear. It is like I was using a patch cord. Very convenient and long battery life.
