First time incubating
First time incubating eggs and it was a success, the hardest thing with this incubator is to get the humidity right. Apart from that it is a good little machine. I would recommend to some one new to it.

Broken and incomplete.
This item came damaged, with what appeared to be used bottles and no charger. Extremely disappointed and now have no incubator for my eggs arriving in 2 days.

Great customer service
First incubator came broken but emailed Okkobi and they had a new one sent out to me. Great customer service from themselves and fast delivery. Let’s hatch some duckings now!!
