Do these come with a bag?

No bag. They come in a box with nothing else

Are these really 3 star

Yes, they feel very similar to DHS D40+ 3-star balls.

la primera opcion, color blanco, cuantas bolas son en total?

Por lo que se ve en la imagen son 120 pelotas blancas Al parecer

How many? The title says "12, 60, or 100," photo says "60," but shows 53, description says 12, & Product Info says 60.

I haven't bought them in bulk for a while, but the best I can recall is 60.
