Bei solchen Becken passen die grösseren Lüfter noch nicht, hier leistet der Ventilator sehr gute Dienste, bei kleineren Becken (unter 25l) reicht sogar die Stufe 1 zur Kühlung. Bei 50l nutze ich den Lüfter mit Stufe 2, weil dann die Luftverteilung bei einem 54l (60x30cm) Becken besser ist und es somit schneller abgekühlt. Natürlich ist das etwas lauter als Stufe 1 (die man kaum hört), aber je schneller es abkühlt, desto eher schaltet sich der Ventilator auch wieder aus (Achtung: zur automatischen Temperatursteuerung ist eine separat zu kaufende Temperaturregelsteckdose erforderlich). Die Lieferung beinhaltet nur Ventilator, USB Kabel und Netzteil mit USB Anschluss. Ist Stufe 2 laut? Es ist im etwa halb so laut wie grosse Aquariumlüfter, also m.M. nach in Ordnung.Im 1. Foto sieht man links den schwarzen Ventilator. Kleines Loch in die Abdeckung sägen und schon passt der kleine Luftauslass überall rein. Das ist deswegen perfekt, weil sich durch die Beleuchtung kleine Babyfischbecken doch gerne bei höheren Raumtemperaturen im Sommer aufheizen, dies wird mit dem Ventilator sehr schnell runtergekühlt. Aber bitte nicht die Temperaturregelungssteckdose vergessen, die man separat kaufen kann, um das Ganze automatisch laufen zu lassen. Ich empfehle dafür die Ketotek Temperaturregelsteckdose (gibts auch bei Amazon). Das 2. Foto zeigt den Ventilator an einem 60x30 Becken. Wenn man 2 Ventilatoren an einem Becken befestigt, kühlen diese auch bis zu 100l runter, lässt sich ja auch ohne Probleme mit nur einer Temperaturregelsteckdose und Verteiler regeln (oder man kauft einen USB Steckdosenadapter mit mehreren USB Stromanschlüssen). Bei meinem Strömungsbecken (80l) kann ich so 23,5 Grad halten bei 28 Grad Raumtemperatur bei heissem Sommersonnenwetter.Mittlerweile gibt es diesen Lüfter auch als Profiversion mit Temperaturmessung, ich bevorzuge jedoch die Genauigkeit einer Temperaturregelsteckdose, da man diese exakt einstellen kann (wann ein und wann aus) und man damit durch die Digitalanzeige sieht, wie die Temperatur im Becken ist und sich so ein zusätzliches Thermometer erspart. Ausserdem können in der Regel Temperaturregelsteckdosen justiert werden, vorausgesetzt, man besitzt ein Laborthermometer, um die exakte Temperatur zu messen und dann diese bei der Steckdose einzustellen. Laborthermometer gibt es auch bei Amazon, sind bezahlbar und wer seine Tierchen liebt, sollte doch einmalig für ein Messinstrument investieren, zumal bestimmte Fische bei falschen Temperaturen auf die Dauer krank werden. Verlassen Sie sich bitte nicht auf billige analoge und (leider) auch digitale Thermometer, da die Messtoleranz teilweise nach den Mondphasen geht. Ich hatte schon billige digitale Thermometer, die 4 Grad falsch anzeigten. Und die aufgedruckten Temperaturleisten auf den Heizungen mit Thermostat sind eine Lachnummer für sich. It has already reduced the temperature a degree and makes a huge difference! It is also very quiet. I like that it runs off of a USB and hangs on the tank, thus not taking up very much room!
