It's failed certification so they have to fix some bugs now before submitting it again. That means it's missed the August release :( They'e already fixed the PS4 version but the Vita and XB1 versions will take a little longer.

Why is this cheaper than the other which looks exactly the same but is £10 more?

I would say so yeah. It's incredibly user friendly! Think of Tetris, Lego and Sim City combined. Kids will love it, they can be creative!
