Lexar 1TB Go Portable SSD w/Hub, 1050MB/s Read, USB 3.2 Gen2, Ultracompact

Excellent Portable SSD w/Hub! I use it while recording 4k on my iPhone 17 pro max. It's also connect my DJI mic into the hub with no problem. It is small and sleek and adds no weight to my setup. Transferring footage to my computer is no issue with this setup and is fast. Highly recommend, and is needed accessory for filmmakers and content creators.

An excellent iPhone accessory for storing both pictures and videos. Easy file transfer to other equipment such as computers or other storage devices.

This is an excellent addition to iPhone accessories, and it lets me store pictures or short videos whenever I shoot something. I have encountered no obstacles in transferring the data to my laptop and/or other storage devices.

Some of the reviews here need to be more specific. I have a 15 pro max with a basic Spigen case on. It’s not too chunky but still provides a decent level of protection. My phone recognizes the 1tb drive with the U connector. I think the average user won’t be filming more than an hour of pro res log footage but fyi at 4K 60 fps pro res log, the 1tb drive can hold up to 73 min. of footage. For someone more serious I’m sure they’ll be purchasing the 2tb drive for more recording time. If you need to record over an hour of a birthday party or something casual in 4k60 pro res log, get something else but in standard 4k, you’ll have more than enough storage available. I didn’t play around too long with the hub but for some reason when I connect it to my phone with the drive, it does not recognize the drive. Maybe the hub needs to be connected to a power source but just connecting the drive directly to my phone itself worked fine. I was hoping Amazon would stock the black version but that seems to be limited to B&H for some reason. I love the light weight and size of the drive and the hub. This also comes with a cold shoe adapter which I didn’t realize is included. They also include a small plastic case for the drive and space for one of the U connectors. I just attached the other connector to the hub. Everything comes in a small fabric zip pouch with velcro pockets inside.

Recording 8k 30 fps video directly to the SSD works on my Samsung S23 Ultra and presumably other android phones. You just need either the Samsung camera assistant app (found in the galaxy store, it allows recording straight to the SSD in the stock Samsung camera app) or a third party camera app like MotionCam or Blackmagic Camera if not on a Samsung or if you want more control over quality. It is fast enough to film the highest quality your phone can output. Works with just the SSD and also works with the hub and connector. Able to charge my phone and use the SSD with the hub. It hasn't caused me any issues yet but it does run a little warm even when not recording.

An excellent choice for SSD storage. Pops right into my iPhone USB C port and is easily recognized for file transfers. It provides ample room for huge ProRes video files. All pros - no cons.

On vacation. It gets hot real quick. If you use those waterproof phone pouches, gets too hot because of no ventilation and causes the phone to get too hot and shut down until it cools down. Worse part for us, iPhone battery is drains too quickly.

A bit on the expensive side but super easy to use both with your phone and laptop, easy connection, super fast and fits snugly on the back or bottom of your phone. 10/10

This works extremely well, the hub is brilliant for other things other than the hard drive as well, however, as a package, and how it fits on the phone is excellent. In my opinion, it is definitely overpriced, and that is the only drawback to it. It is what they advertise, and as you've seen other people do reviews, it's true that it's great. As long as you don't mind paying for it, you won't be disappointed with it.

Pra quem usa o iPhone como ferramenta de trabalho, esse produto é o ideal.
