It’s from NECA and is shaped like a mask but you can’t really wear it comfortably. It’s made from a thick, heavy resin or something and the straps are short and made from weak elastic.

Yes they are but they are cheaply made the mask is heavy and the straps bearly hold it in place but it dose hold. I bought one and hung it up on my wall. Another thing about this mask is that it's made of some type of silicone. If you have kids make sure they don't get to it cause they could easily beak it.
