Great Organic Vitamin for older women
Been taking these for some time now. However, AMAZON! Please ship in a box; not a manila envelope. The order I received today, jar was broken into pieces. Shards of glass and some vitamins came out of its original box when opened. I've never had this happen before. Please send it in a hard box for protection or if going to send it in a manila envelope, make sure it is wrapped with bubble wrap. The box container the vitamins are in is not protection enough. Otherwise, GREAT vitamin.

My 2nd month using these multivitamins. Had been taking another brand for many years, which was fine. Until trying these. Maybe I'm imagining, but seems smoother (gentler) on the tummy, and energy level has "evolved". I guess not all vitamins react equally (just my opinion). Wish they weren't as expensive, but for now, I'll deal with it. Thanks.P.S. Opinions expressed are MY OWN. No, I'm not paid to like something.

Very easy on the stomach
This is an EXCELLENT multi-Vitamin with minerals and a whole food blend. Very absorbable compared to synthetic vitamins. Caused absolutely no problems for a hypersensitive stomach. Highly recommend.

The only brand I buy.
I've had the women's regular and the B-Complex which are great, now I will try this mix to see if the "Focus" and Energy is better, worse, or same. I have a genetic condition which prevents me from assimilating other brand ofB-vitamins these, coming from Organic foods, will be absorbed and useful to me. This is the only brand I buy. I prefer the Organic, but they also have had non-organic food vitamins in the past, as wel, if you want.

Great vitamin
I only wish there was a subscription available for these wonderful whole food vitamins. Even though they are large to supply a full day's vitamins, they are coated so they are easy to swallow.
