It’s ok
These are very good quality training tools, but I guess I’m not really sold on them because I’m still trying to find new workouts that I can do differently from the agility ladder. Also I wouldn’t recommend putting them on a basketball court or something similar because they will slide from under you if you accidentally step on them wrong.

Hard to clip and unclip
I teach PE and thought this would be fun to use outside with my students. I like how it folds-up for storage, but the clips are challenging to work when making new shapes. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and look forward to using it.
