We needed a solution to help our little old man fur baby who is getting on in years and recently went blind. Overnight. Vet said there is no issue to be fixed, he's fine just blind. All in all; he's adjusting pretty well. It takes him a bit longer to get around because he can't see and he's just getting used it it. The one place we have an issue is on our bed. He's been sleeping on our bed with us since we adopted him 9 years ago and it would break my heart not to have him with us at night. He is able to navigate his way to the foot of the bed and down his ramp, but a couple of times, he got disoriented and fell off the side instead. Luckily our bed is not super high, but it's still high enough to be a problem. I thought getting a bed rail would be the best solution and so far; it's going great. This bed rail was relatively easy to assemble and install. I did it by myself; it came with a simple picture and basic step by step instruction sheet. I got the shortest length possible as I didn't want to trap the our egress from the bed. I like the bed raid very much and bought a 2nd one for the other side of the bed. These fold down super easy with a click of the button on either side of the structure. Could not be happier and would highly recommend it. It's keeping my little baby safe and gives me piece of mind for a good night's rest.

It’s okay. But if your toddler has a foam mattress it isn’t as sturdy. We’ll see how it holds. I got it because I needed it for the foot of the bed since my toddler fell and I was scared it would happen again.

I love it. It's easy to fold down and easy to install. It does work, my 14 month old rolled over to it.

We recently converted my toddler's crib into a bed. She kept rolling off of it a few times, which was fine because I had a camping mattress on the side and pillows stacked so when she rolls off then it doesn't hurt. It was working okay but obviously I don't want her to roll off. So I got this bed guard rail.I got the 32in one because her bed really is just a short bed and it's a great length. She can squeeze into it. Plus I like that this bed guard rail folds down too. Although it is a bit too tall to fold down all the way. This may work better for a taller bed in terms of rolling down, but it's working okay otherwise.Putting it together was fairly easy. The instructions were good in that regard. I loved loved loved that all the pieces were labeled clearly like A1, B2, C3. It made it so easy to put together. I did have difficulty putting one piece together where the metal button would NOT latch and it was hard to see because of the foam covering it,.so I had to rip some of the foam (see pic). It's not a big deal and doesn't affect the effectiveness of the product. It's just unfortunate placement. It's still a good value for the money.Also, the only big gripe I truly have is that the instructions did not sufficiently explain how to tether the guard rail to the bed itself. It came with like a belt you're supposed to somehow tie to the bed frame on the other side, but we could not figure it out. The pictures didn't really explain and the text wasn't very good at explaining. I tried to find a YouTube video showing this brand but could not find it. Other brands have a similar mechanism but it was different enough that I couldn't figure it out.We ended up using zip ties to tether down the guard rail to the bed frame. And it works great! It saved my toddler from rolling a few times last night (I slept in her room to be able to make sure it worked effectively). Overall I'm satisfied with the product.My only suggestion for the manufacturers would be to re-do the instructions to better explain the tethering of the guard rail to the bed frame.When I move my toddler to a twin size bed, I will use this guard rail again. If I was having her on full size bed, I would probably get a longer one though just fyi!

so easy to put together. it is so sturdy. my three year old transitioned to a bigger bed and this is perfect at keeping him safe
