After initially struggling to remove the swan neck the instructions were clear and simple to follo

Arrived very soon after ordering. Came with good instructions leaflet and clarity which plastic collar was relevant for model of tap. Small amount of silicone grease included in pack so not needed to buy separately. Quick and easy fitting sequence and leak stopped.

After many months of an irritating leak from the base of my tap spout I finally got around to fixing it. Money well spent!
