Why won't the cooling function start?

Do not turn the unit on and off repeatedly. After cooling stops, wait about 2 minutes before restarting. If you press the button too quickly, wait approximately 20 minutes before trying again.

Why does liquid leak from the container?

Before dispensing, check that the rubber gasket is properly installed and the lid is tightly secured.

How can I get more stable ice shapes?

The evaporator needs pre-cooling time. Run a cycle with plain water first to chill the system, then use your raw materials for better consistency.

How do I adjust the ice shape?

Ice shape depends on raw material composition (thickness, viscosity, density, uniformity) and evaporator speed. Adjust these variables to achieve different results.

Is this for home or commercial use?

Both. It works well for family gatherings and commercial dessert shops—just note that it may be heavy, so handle with care.
